Immediate start Exciting varied role with a high level of stakeholder engagement Monday to Thursday and Sunday work This exciting role of Market Coordinator requires the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders, able to think on their feet and work as part of a team to ensure smooth running of the Market events. The Role; Coordinate the stallholder booking process, invoices, permits and stall allocation via Pathway Booking module including debt management. Ensure implementation of and compliance with all relevant laws and Occupational Health and Safety procedures Provide support to the Market Manager as a key stall holder liaison at the Market - ensure stallholders are included in the decision-making process and ensure key strategic decisions are communicated and implemented promptly and seamlessly at the market Liaise with stakeholders to process and issue work orders, Purchase Orders and Invoices. Coordinate Market bump in and bump out on trade day, ensuring all Laws are adhered to maximising public safety. General patrol duties at the Market on Sundays. About you; Ideally you will come from a high performing events or operations management background in a front facing customer service environment, with a demonstrated ability to multitask under pressure while following processes. You must be experienced in using Pathways booking system. You will have exceptional stakeholder management skills and well-developed oral and written communication. You will exhibit an enthusiastic and mature attitude with a proven track record of working in a team environment and the ability to negotiate. You will have the ability to use your own judgement and initiative to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines.
