The Role:
Recruitment Specialist responsible for delivering an end-to-end recruitment service to the business. The role with partner with key stakeholders to develop strategic plans to proactively source, attract and maintain a pipeline of talent. Ideally you will have experience with white collar technical roles OR blue collar recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Effective stakeholder management of the recruitment service including maintaining a working relationship with business leaders
- Conduct resourcing needs analysis briefings with hiring managers to understand current & future requirements.
- Conduct confidential interviews and follow-up references
- Develop and deliver on the strategy for bulk recruitment campaigns
- Continuously work on ways to improve the hiring process; find innovative ways to seek out talent and maximize efficiency of the assessment process
- Proactively source candidates through networking, LinkedIn and Seek
Selection criteria
- Relevant Tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent competency
- Proven experience in developing, implementing and delivering, in partnership with key stakeholders, talent acquisition processes and tools including at an executive level.
- Demonstrated ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders to achieve goals and provide high quality service.
- Excellent conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems and business requirements
