Recruitment & HR Coordinator

As the Recruitment & HR Coordinator, you will report to the HR Manager and work with key stakeholders across the business to ensure all their recruitment needs are met in relation to the sourcing, recruitment and onboarding process. You’ll do this whilst providing the highest quality service to the hiring managers and potential employees, which is what you do best!
This is a hybrid role so you’ll get to assist with the HR Manager with some HR generalist duties and tasks as well including basic award interpretation, investigations and grievances, ensuring data integrity and various other employee relations matters.
The key areas to this role are;
– End to end recruitment
– Talent Pooling
– HR Support and Administration
– HRIS system maintenance
Based north of the river, with parking so you won’t be doing that hectic commute into the city!
