This organisation provides leading edge technology for small, mid-size and large clients that enable them to do business better. They have approximately $3 billion in annual revenue and 14,000+ employees worldwide. The company has over 1 million SMB clients globally with a significant presence in the major and emerging markets. We are looking for a Product and Program Strategy Lead to manage the growth and integration of their new product offering. Initially a contract consulting piece of work for minimum 3 months, there will be long term opportunities to continue developing the strategy and consider permanent positions.
Reporting to the Head of Division for ANZ you will support the development of clear strategy, developing and delivering a plan to accelerate new product capabilities in the high growth SMB and omni-channel space. Partnering with the ANZ and global product teams to establish product strategy to increase client acquisition and customer satisfaction whilst ensuring financial growth, improving business efficiency and achieving competitive advantage. You will build strong collaboration between Product Management and Engineering to define, develop and deliver new and improved products, tools and services required to achieve program objectives. Develop comprehensive performance analysis of underlying functional projects, putting data models and analytics in place that provide a platform for strategic decision-making.
As a leader in Project Management, IT integration and Strategic Tech Product Development you have a background in leading product programs in hardware, software and services globally. You will likely have academics in Computer Science, Engineering and/or Business with an MBA or additional advanced technical qualifications. You enjoy driving strategic projects, partnering and influencing senior stakeholders and decision makers through transformational change programs.
