The Opportunity
This role will be responsible for providing administrative and supply chain support to the procurement team across various brands. Working with vendors and internal stakeholders you will ensure that goods and services are replenished and delivered in a timely manner.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Stock taking and replenishment for central purchasing goods
• Usage and stock level control
• Orders issue and orders follow-up
• Invoices upload support
• SAP support
• Stores utilities contracts and invoices management
• Procurement Service Desk management
• Vendors contracts management
• Vendors database management
• Vendors KPI management
Skills and Experience
· Previous experience in a relevant procurement/ supply chain role
· Sourcing and supply chain knowledge and skills with consumer goods
· Analytical Skills
· Stakeholder Management
· SAP knowledge
