Beaumont People are currently seeking multiple inbound customer service representatives who are looking to join a reputable international company. These jobs are open to Working Holiday Visas who can work for 6 months +

Paying $27 an hour + super 

 – ST LEONARDS LOCATION – Beside the Train Station

Your responsibilities will include;

  • High volume inbound customer service calls
  • Proactively demonstrate professional customer service skills in a fast paced environment at all times
  • A drive and energy to succeed with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Promote products and service offerings to customers
  • Consistently meet individual KPI’s

To be considered for this role you will have;

  • Data entry/ keyboard skills and accuracy
  • Strong customer service focus and clear communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Must be willing to commit to the position for at least 6 months
  • Experience in an office environment 
  • Good interpersonal skills and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to work within a team towards a common goal
  • Ability to learn new systems
