They are not for profit providing much needed support and care work across our state and have designed a strong value proposition to ensure they continue to be an employer of choice.
You will be covering leave so it’s a fixed term contract, and it’s part time, 30 hours per week and there’s flexibility on how this looks across your week. This contract will run until mid March 2023.
There are a mix of duties by here’s what you’ll be assisting with;
- Employee engagement and retention
- Performance management
- HRIS system implementation project
- Other project work as required
You’ll be joining a small, close knit team who all enjoy coming to work. Ideally you will have demonstrated experience in a similar position within Human Resources, including experience in recruitment.
We’d like you to have sound knowledge of contemporary human resource management principles and practices as well as relevant legislation, standards and industrial requirements.
