This highly autonomous role sits within a larger dynamic HR team. You will be a strong administrator with excellent stakeholder management skills. Having an interest in HR is looked fondly at and having a diploma or degree in a relative field is suggested.
You will be expected to help drive a culture that is customer focused through delivering tools to stakeholders that will allow them to support this culture as well.
Training is incorporated in this role, where you will engage in HR techniques including advising and conflict management.

It is not required to have any previous HR team experience, however a strong background in case management and administration is required with the desire to learn within an HR team and/or a diploma/degree in a relative field.
