Beaumont People are seeking experienced candidates to do short and long term assignments in Sydney CBD, Inner West, West, Hills District, North Shore, and surrounding suburbs. 

Current live roles;

  • Regular Giving Coordinator – immediate start – CBD – 3-6 months
  • Donor Support Role – Raisers Edge exp required – immediate start, 2-3 months
  • Telemarketers – North Shore – mid Feb start – 6 weeks

Main Duties of the positions;  

  • Working on charity specific databases
  • Communicating with donors over the phone
  • Manage the regular giving supporter journey
  • Assisting with budgets, forecasts, and general financial support 
  • Supporting marketing and events teams  
  • Managing the portfolio of Grants, Trust and Foundations and Tenders
  • Responding to verbal and written requests and general queries
  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • Office support to wonderful teams throughout Sydney 

Key Requirements; 

  • Previous experience working within the sector 
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Experience with Raisers Edge/Salesforce/CRM databases 
  • Professional presentation
  • Ability to problem-solve and multi-task
