One of our key clients is looking to engage with a Customer Services Representative for an initial 6-month contract located in Brisbane. This role would fall within the Loan & Settlements team.
These roles sit with back office to assist with increased volumes in certain functions within loans processing and we are looking to hire within Loans Maintenance and Document Management.

Description:

  • Check all documentation is correct
  • Preparing settlement instruction for our agent
  • Settlement Funding
  • When settlement is confirmed, set up loan in the Customer Relationship Servicing (CRS) system
  • Fund the loan in CRS
  • Post Settlement Checks
  • Day 2 clean up
  • Errors/amendments as necessary
  • Stamping and Registration
  • Monitor registration progress of completed settlements

Skills Required for the role –

  • Settlement/Loan experience – Min 1-2 years’ experience with settlement exposure or may have worked in insurance industry, claims processing, finance/numbers, meticulous with process. Training will be provided

  • Customer service and banking experience (desirable) &/or contact centre experience

  • Able to demonstrate your focus on customer service and the processes required

  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills
