About the Client:
Our client, is a leading member based not for profit organisation who are looking for a Bookkeeper to support the current Office Manager. It is a part time 2 day a week 6 month temporary assignment. 

About the role:

  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • PAYG and BAS returns
  • Processing of fortnightly and monthly payroll
  • Preparation of monthly financial management reports
  • Bank, GL and superannuation reconciliations
  • Board reporting

The successful candidate will have:

  • Intermediate excel skills – must be confident using both pivot tables and vlookups
  • Experience using Quickbooks (cloud version)
  • Experience working a full function working environment
