We are seeking a strong office administrator with a hospitality background to assist with general duties for this global professional services firm.

What the job will involve:

  • A hands-on role in admin/reception
  • Meet and greet, switch, calendar management, event coordination, mail distribution, stock control
  • Daily support for F&B services including set ups, pack down, barista services, formal dining service
  • Customer facing service
  • Document management
  • Organising resources for events and F&B services

As a Pinnacle Person, you will possess the following:

  • Previous experience in administration within a hospitality or corporate environment
  • Attention to detail with a customer service focus
  • Past experience in hospitality front-facing roles (desirable)
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office suite
  • Professional presentation and demeanour
  • Proficient across email and phone correspondence
  • Strong English spoken and written skills
  • Sound time management skills and able to multitask
  • Basic accounting skills
  • The ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic team
  • A valid RSA
  • Police Check or willing to obtain one
  • Manual handling training or Certificate
  • Workplace Hygiene (Food Handlers) – Statement of Attainment
  • Sommelier Statement of Attainment (highly desirable)
  • Barista training or Certificate (highly desirable)
