Our client, an innovative government agency, is seeking a Marketing and Campaigns Manager to join their thriving team. The Marketing and Campaigns manager is needed to lead the team in the development and delivery of effective marketing, communications and promotional campaigns with the goal to increase customer awareness of the agency.

Based in the CBD, this role will see the ideal candidate:
Leading a team in the development and delivery of targeted marketing strategies, campaigns and communications activities across a range of digital and offline channels.
Lead the digital marketing strategies, programs and processes across web, online media, social media, search marketing, CRM and marketing automation.
Manage effective media communications and public relations.
Provide leadership and effective team management to ensure high quality project delivery.
Commission, undertake and collaborate on market research to identify new business and marketing opportunities and direct the development of marketing and promotional strategies.
As the ideal candidate, you will posses:
Extensive experience in leading innovative and effective marketing and communications strategies and campaigns across multiple platforms in a complex organisation.
Proven experience in managing digital marketing initiatives and using new technologies to reach a diverse and segmented customer base.
