This boutique law firm, based in the heart of the CBD, is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to support a sole Practitioner.
Working for high profile clients on high value conveyancing and leasing files, your role will see you responsible for a wide variety of tasks including:
Liaising with clients over the phone
Co-ordinating travel arrangements
Diary management and scheduling appointments
Preparing documents and letters
Preparing for and attending settlements
Opening & closing files
To be successful for this role you must have:
Proven and recent experience as a Legal Secretary – must have conveyancing experience
Strong communication skills and a good telephone manner
Intermediate – Advanced MS Office skills and a fast and accurate typing speed
